Modern Day Real Estate was built by my husband, Daniel Villacis, and me right here in Stamford. Daniel serves as our broker, bringing years of hands-on experience to every deal our team touches. I work alongside him, and together we've grown this business into a team that now includes our son, Daniel Jr., who joined us as an agent, along with a small group of dedicated agents we consider family too.

We didn't set out to build a big, impersonal firm. We set out to build something better: a team small enough to know your name and your story, but experienced enough to guide you through one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. When you call our office, you're not getting passed around a call center. You're getting Daniel, or me, or Daniel Jr., or one of our trusted teammates — people who actually care whether your closing goes smoothly, because our name is on it.
